Cajuns are French people who live in South Louisiana. Spicy Cajun food has become popular around the world. Mark’s wife Gina is half Cajun French, and is very proud of her heritage. She says that Mark’s impersonation of the Cajun accent and slang is very authentic. Mark has used his Cajun jokes as ice breakers when speaking at business functions.
